Welcome!!!

Welcome to our weight losing community! Only 1 rule to join. Must post the number of pounds you want to lose by April 24, 2010 or what goal you wish to reach by a certain date. You then must blog once a day to let us know how much closer you are to your goal.

No goal is too small. As I learned in the hospital last week. Our hearts are a muscle and we can either take care of it and get the most beats out of it we can OR we can abuse it and shorten its life and that of our own.

    I ate really well today. No change on the scale but it didn't go up either so that's always a good thing, right :) This is really great because it's make me think about everything before I eat it. Someone in our group who will be nameless (David) has not blogged yet! I haven't exercised yet today but hope to after supper. Until tomorrow!
