Change of Plans

Well it started out giving up a meal but decided to fast(water only) today. Decided I just needed to see if I could. Its 8:10 p.m. and I have to admit I'm ready for bed and looking forward to breakfast! Would I do it again and recommend it to others? Absolutely. It was my "bite size" goal for the day and the only way I made it through is by telling myself it was only for a day. Love the book I'm reading. Really making me look at lifestyle changes as opposed to dieting. Love the one day goals. Haven't decided on tomorrow's goal but do know I'll be skipping the foods and drinks with artificial sweetners. After two days I think I can do it for one more. Wish me luck.
