This has been a very good day. The day started out with a brisk 40 minute walk with Karen. Only ate when I was hungry and stopped when I was satisfied. I had this moment in Quik Trip when I was passing by the donuts and pastries and I thought I was going to lose it! As I told Mom I literally had to run away from the food. A very close call!
Spending these last few days at David and Karen's has made me realize how much easier this journey is with a support system! So keep on blogging because it is so encouraging to me. - Carmen
