This is a spot where we will document our weight loss journey to not only a big event but more importantly to a healthier and happier physical lifestyle.
Today I was down a pound but I'm still not as low as I was day before yesterday. Oh well - I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. I've been doing really well eating & walking 45min to an hour each day. That should eventually pay off right? Hope everyone else is doing well... Karen
