Whew, so life is a little crazy at the moment and to be honest, it's hard for me to find time to post. My job requires me to be online most of the day, so I've found that I don't like to be on the computer as much in my free time. The craziness also affects my exercise. It's hard for me to enjoy exercise. Ultimately, I guess that is my goal. For right now, it's just another thing that I feel the need to get done. While that's not ideal, it's at least something. I've been fairly diligent about running or riding the bike and working in a few days of lifting. I've also worked a lot harder at maintaining other healthy habits. The whole drinking more water thing has been great. I never realized before, but I tend to get so involved in what I do at work that I forget to drink anything. It's also easy to accept when my boss offers me a cup of coffee or a coke. Once I drink one of those, I don't feel thirsty, so I don't drink anything else. For the past week or so, I've made a conscious effort to drink a lot more water. To do this, I have to make sure that water is always accessible. I put a water bottle next to my computer and I always keep a glass of water next to me at home. This has helped a lot and I gotta say, I do feel a lot better. I find I don't need caffeine as much. So far it's great...I would definitely suggest it to everyone. Water is great.
