Day 2 of an Adventure

18 is my number for the day with 40 days to go! I think that's doable. The way I am going to get there and the way I hope I learn to live everyday is the "eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full". Sounds simple but just give it a try it and you'll see what a lifestyle change it is. You see I don't use food just for fuel but I use it for comfort, to celebrate, or just because I'm bored! Imagine what I will be able to accomplish with all the extra time I will have on my hands:)

Exercise - the beauty of eating this way doesn't rely on exercise to lose weight. On the days you are busier you will naturally need to eat more. However on those days you're just laying around - it won't take much to sustain you.

So if and when I exercise I will do it because I know our bodies were meant to move and it is good for my heart!
