FINALLY - I went below my lowest point so far!! I've lost 4.4 lbs. If coming of slow means it will stay off then I should be in good shape :) I just kept trudging along. It's amazing to me how much food we eat that we don't need. Next week is really going to be hard. I'm going to Kansas City Mon thru Wed for work. So eating out all the time and less if no time to walk :( But I'm going to do the best I can. This will be a real test! I remembered a quote this week that helps me. "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!" Oh and since David isn't blogging I will brag for him. He has lost 4.8
